FISHING ON WOODY ISLAND
Throw a line in from the Main Jetty or Skinny Dip Bay. Herring are common and relatively easy to catch or try your luck at catching a squid. Rods, reels, buckets, tackle and hand lines are all available for hire from the Visitor Centre / Kiosk. Bait is available for purchase from the Kiosk.
Normal bag limits apply and catch only what you can eat.
NO SPEARFISHING PERMITTED
PLEASE NOTE: Fish must be cleaned at the Jetty Fish Cleaning Station, not in the Campers Kitchen. Dispose of your catch in the ocean.
